Darrell and Julie have been raising their family in East Contra Costa for the past 10 years.  They have embraced this community and the community has returned the favor.  Becoming "Trusted Advisors" to their Real Estate Clients has created opportunities for The Hanson's to "give back" in the community they love.

Julie is a native Californian and spent her early years living in San Francisco.  She graduated from Woodside High School and also graduated with a AA in Business Administration from Foothill College in Los Altos Hills.  She became a licensed agent in 1984 and a Broker in 2004, passing the Broker Exam on the first try. 

Over the past 23 years, Julie has enjoyed selling real estate along the San Francisco Peninsula to San Jose, as well as, in Contra Costa County.  She has worked with top real estate companies and has received advanced training throughout her career.  Her passion for the real estate business and serving clients with the highest standards keeps her inspired.  She prides herself in being a dependable resource when it comes to Real Estate.

On a personal note, golfing in 2007, Julie got an Eagle at Discovery Bay Country Club, and a few weeks later, got a HOLE-IN-ONE! 

Darrell is a native Californian.  For most of his life, Darrell was a resident of Pinole.  He graduated from Pinole Valley High School where his first love was baseball.  Later, he reached a new goal as a member of the Professional Bowler's Association, PBA.  Darrell was a successful Regional player, as well as, attaining the goal to compete for several stops on the National PBA tour. 

Darrell was a courier for 8 years with Federal Express in Palo Alto and Pleasanton.  Although the structure and discipline of Fed Ex appealed to Darrell, his interest in real estate development and Julie's flourishing real estate career, inspired an opportunity for Darrell to became a REALTOR in 2000. 

Darrell has a passion for helping kids and loves coaching Basketball,  Baseball & Bowling.  He also enjoys announcing at the Delta Patriots youth football games, where son, Zack loves playing the game.  In 2003, Darrell was honored, for the 2nd time, as the HIGHEST AVERAGE BOWLER for all of Contra Costa County.  If you enjoy bowling, stop by on Monday night at Harvest Park Bowl to see the HansonRealEstate.com Scratch Bowling League.  Don't forget to ask Darrell how many Perfect Games he's gotten over the years!
